"I had a great stay at Hotel Burbank. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I really appreciated and it made my stay even better. The room was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The only small thing to note is that housekeeping is by request and you need to be present while the room is cleaned, which was a little inconvenient for me. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

"We stayed here because it was 8 minutes from our friend. The room was small, but functional. The bedding and surfaces were clean. But the carpet could use a deep clean - it was a little sticky in places. There's a fridge, and coffee and hot water in the office, which was nice. (Bring your own teabags!) It's easy walking distance to a shopping plaza with an Albertsons for groceries and drugstore stuff. Very convenient. The area did not seem sketchy, but there was some middle of the night yelling in one of the rooms and some cops came by and banged on that door (presumably). Just a one-time thing, hopefully? A decent place to stay, especially for the price!"

"Great location in a lovely setting - lots of cafe options. Room was nice and big. Beds are very small double beds and unfortunately we were placed in an adjoining room to a very noisy family (separate parties shouldn’t be placed in interconnecting rooms as noise is so loud!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City for 3 nights, during Ester weekend. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. One of the best parts was the convenient shuttle service that takes you back and forth between the hotel and the park, it made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel how organized and attentive they are everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Universal Studios!"

"We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."
