"The on site restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff were all wonderful. The only negatives I would say we had were our first floor patio room only had 1 lock instead of the 2 that the sticker said it had, and the younger girl who worked at the Starbucks was very unfriendly. Other than that, the room was great and awesome location."

"Love the convenience of how close the hotel is to Universal Studios but I feel like breakfast should be free, we pay $50 per day for parking and one day when we left for Universal there was dog poop in the elevator and when we returned from universal the dog poop was still there but was smeared all over the right side of the elevator. "

"Throughout the property dusting was SOOOO.... necessary! Also, the restaurant/bar would valet all parking. PROBLEM...we ate at the restaurant/bar daily (excellent food, drinks, and service) yet we were billed for parking "
