One gripe- half the days I went to get free coffee the urn was being refilled and there was a 5-10 minute wait for coffee. Seriously? Get another urn and rotate them. People are grumpy and rushed in the morning and just want their coffee."

"Shuttle did not pass at airport stop at 2:00 for over 30 min early September 29, 2026. Ended up taking the Sonesta shuttle, and walking over. Room was okay near the air conditioning units so was a bit noisy. Windows NEED cleaning, very dirty and hard to see outside. The rest was good, comfy bed and nice shower."
