"The room was clean but the shower experience left me feeling frustrated. Awful water pressure and the shower head seemed like it would pop off at any moment. The room was really cold even with the heat turned on. The view was breathtaking and the staff is wonderful. Lots to do and see within walking distance including many restaurants and shops. Horrible noise outside most of the time in the hotel room. I should have brought earplugs and it’s not really the hotels fault. Sometimes there’s noise and you have to deal with it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here although I don’t know if I would again in the future. I didn’t get a chance to try the Openaire eatery or the pool. The gym was really really nice! Great view and the gym equipment was really unique and easy to use! "

"Perfect location for traditional touristy activities, staff are lovely and property is clean. Noticed lots of stores have closed down since we were there 2 years ago, also the streets are looking worse for wear - if you can look past that and appreciate where you are, nothing beats this hotel. "

"Clean room, they have to remember to clean mini fridge , but upgraded interior, everything else was definitely a nice stay. Lots of restaurant choices. Gym was nice. "

"Everything was lovely EXCEPT the aircon unit. It was REALLY LOUD as if it was on it's last limb. "

"Rooms were not ready and continued to not be ready until 10:30pm. Staff disappeared with no answers. Told us to go eat and upon return still didn’t have rooms ready. As rooms became available, one room had a lock issue and someone entered my employees room while she was in the shower and we had to call security. "
