"The Franklin Hollywood place was great. My family and I have stayed there before and loved it nice and clean rooms, the staff was awesome and friendly. If we needed anything they would accommodate. The pool was crystal as well and the best part is that it’s just minutes away from Universal Studios."

"1st room had cockroaches so had to switch room so they moved me right next door.
The room was clean but the bathroom faucet only worked on the cold water side same with the shower. The bath tub had green soap in it
Never used the shower so that tells me they did not clean the shower. Curtains were broken so could barely close it open them.
Said something to the night guy and the gal in the morning but did not really get any kind of response from them."

"Beautiful hotel, although I felt there was many hidden fees. Also, fees in food were extremely expensive. For an example for small order of fries is $15. More likely I would not be staying there again. "
