「This is a quiet neighborhood with some walkable restaurants, but there’s no telling who else will be staying on site. I had a terrible first night with someone knocking on door at 1:30 AM and loud music till 3:30. The “trust and safety team” are still “investigating” 4 days later. No proactive steps to get me a refund or credit for a disruptive night. Also the parking lot isn’t reserved; it’s first come. 「It's conveniently located near the airport and right next to the NASCAR Museum, making it easy to find. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Since dishes and cooking utensils are provided in the rooms, I thought it would be suitable for a long stay. However, I was concerned that there was no in-room safe, and the air conditioning didn't work very well.」

「Pool cosed and construction, one person at front desk, long time to get checked in for a phyical card. Other than that it was beauiful,clean, well taken care of.」
