It didn’t get super hot/stay hot for long. Not a huge deal, but something I noticed. The hotel shuttle was a huge plus as well. This hotel is a hidden gem for sure. "

"The bed and shower were amazing. Super quiet. Some items were dirty such as the remotes, hairdryer and tables but all else was great. Would stay here again. Parking was difficult and tight but Ly staff made it work. "

Better customer service is definitely needed.""
