"The staff were great and we were highly satisfied with the excellent location of our hotel. However, our room was not cleaned/tidied the second night of our stay. We watched the cleaning staff enter the room that same morning so unsure what happened."

"The property is in major need of renovations. The rooms, and hallways, need paint, updated furniture, and window treatments. Also, the website mentions a bar and sitting area. There is no bar, and the sitting area does not allow food or drinks (non-alcoholic) to be brought in. "

"The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive whenever needed. Loved the quiet room, the cozy lounge, and the yummy breakfast available in the bake shop. Only suggestion might be to have a cozy chair in the room. Aside from the desk chair, there was nowhere but the bed to sit on."

"We had two newly remodeled rooms - fresh, clean and spacious. Other rooms in the property are in various sizes staging of remodeling, which restricted guest use of elevators to just one. Other elevators were being used for construction crews 7 days a week. Results were interminable delay of guest elevator! Unacceptable!"
