「The apartment was perfect! Location perfect! It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out」

「It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building.
