"The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Great location. My only complaint is they charge a $35 per night resort fee. You can spend the resort fee at the hotel restaurants, but we were away from the hotel most of the time so it was just another cost. I wish they would ditch the fee. "

"Great location right in the heart of Times Square. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The main downside for us was the room size. For the price, it felt extremely small. We booked a room with two beds for two adults and one child, and it was quite tight with limited space to move around, though I understand room preferences and expectations can vary. I also ordered an Old Fashioned at Sessions and another through room service and found the quality a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a prime location, and I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples. "

"Clean, compact, centrally located! The room was efficiently laid out. Perfect for single traveller on a short trip. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check in early so I could get ready for an event I was attending. Only complaint was noise from doors closing in the middle of the night. Sound dampening could be explored."

"Clean rooms, EXCELLENT shower pressure. Staff was so helpful. Especially appreciate the ride to the airport. Location was amazing. Loved the location! Feels like you're in the middle of everywhere while still feeling a little removed. The only complaint is they don't have air conditioning during March. Which I'm guessing isn't a major issue, since it's usually still pretty cool in March. However we happened to stay during the one week of nice warm(ish) weather. So no major complaints. "

"Hotel was beautiful, definitely updated and in great condition. Staff was great. The pool area was really nice, and they had a lifeguard. The room was cute, very clean and in great condition. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable. I will say, and this is no reflection on. The hotel itself, there is construction work being done across the street which was right in front of us and apparently they do it throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep through that. Again, nothing the hotel can do, I’m sure but might be wise to ask for a room facing the other side. I would stay here again."
