I highly recommend to remove all carpet- it’s harder to clean and that probably why you have mice. I also recommend to install a playground- you have so much space it would benefit all ur guests with small children

"Our stay was pleasant. Our room on 21st floor was clean and recently renovated as was our entire floor. Unfortunately based on other guests comments, lower level floors are very run down and have yet to be upgraded as of September 2025."

I grew up there and today you see a city that collects s lot of taxes but doesn’t spend the money on its maintenance Some of the beach areas have been closed for years due to bacteria and there has still been no real effort to correct the problem
