「Overall the stay got the job done and was fine. We had family coming from out of town and wanted them nearby with easy access to the subway. We had originally booked two apartments supposedly in the same house. We were told that they could not accommodate one of the bookings and rather than cancel it themselves kept trying to ask us to do it.
