Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 「My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 6 month old baby and we had an amazing time. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave. the Metro and local restaurants/grocery stores so it was simple to get out and about to explore. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with the addition of the pack and play available to us on arrival. 」

「Nice area in the Upper Eastside - 60s. Short walk to subways at 63 & Lex. Convenient small markets and a Trader Joe's nearby. Great restaurants all around.Comfortable bed, easy access with "latch" app. We had a business meeting within a 5 minute walk.」

「We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.」

「Comfort, space and prime location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are a little spartan, no rugs, but that makes sense as its a pet friendly apartment. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and windows have blackout shades. The place was in a great location that was close to Times Square and Central Park. The property manager was very responsive and made the entire experience very easy. Would highly recommend this place!」

「Great location in the middle of everything we wanted to see and nicely located near the subway! The rooms were all comfortable, and the upstairs bath was INCREDIBLE!! The rooftop patio was also lovely, a great place to sit and hang out. My only warning to those wanting to stay here is that there is a road very close that turns into a turn only and one lane road, so there is quite a bit of honking cars in the morning.
