「Very interesting, well maintained hotel. Helpful staff, great breakfast, fantastic bar.」

「We enjoyed the English foods. it was so nice compared to the US hotel chains where we still need to take the American breakfast.」

「Really great hotel and exceptional midweek value for money. Rate included a welcome drink and a cooked breakfast from the pub menu. Very central for shops bars restaurants and we walked back from the O2 Apollo in about 20 minutes. Quirky stuff in room including a vinyl player and shower fridge. Mini bar in room reasonably priced. Staff super helpful. Would stay again」

「Lovely hotel lady on the front desk was great so friendly and helpful, lovely room and great night sleep… my lack of stars was post our stay I left my kindle behind on the bed, I notified the hotel as soon as I realised same day as we left and it was nowhere to be found it was brand new so I was very annoyed, I knew exactly where it was just forgot to pop it in my bag as I left and it’s gone a great find I guess but so disappointed the housekeeping didn’t hand it in. Unfortunately for this and...

「Lovely rooms - ghds and dysons were such a fab addition, not having to bring those things with us was so nice! Super comfy beds. Staff were all really friendly and helpful! Great location. Best English breakfast and pancakes in the diner and fab spot for a nightcap in the downstairs bar with live music. Can’t wait to come back!」

「clean and comfortable」
