「This is the second time I've stayed at Motel One and for the price point it's excellent. The room is comfortable (albeit a little small) and the hotel is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, and directly in front of St Peters square and its tram routes. Rooms are very quite, without any noise from the street below.」
「Molly Jenks was very helpful and efficient when I needed to upgrade from single occupancy to two people staying. The building is characterful and the room was excellent although some noise travelled from upstairs. The bathroom was brilliant for anyone with temporary or permanent mobility problems; it had a large walk in shower that was easy to operate and the bathroom was stylish a very clean. The room also had a huge, wall mounted TV which, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to watch.」
