"It was very clean room, staff were polite and helpful they even booked our taxi back to station. We ordered room service came for time requested cooked well. Enjoyed breakfast bar loved the choice of hot and continental plenty choose from. Bar was lovely to have a drink especially after running the marathon. Ideal location enjoyed our stay would definitely come back and stay"

"We absolutely loved staying here, we were here for Manchester marathon and the hotel was just what we needed and more for our stay. Great location, a short walk from Old Trafford where the race started, but also has a tram stop close by to get into the centre. The hotel was so clean and well kept, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Our room was really spacious, clean, great amenities. The breakfast was also probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, every hotel does similar things as you’d expect, but the food here was hot, perfectly cooked, full of choice and just very delicious. If you’re visiting Manchester I would recommend staying here 100%!!"

"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding. Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔"
