Hotel Indigo is a lovely stay, so convenient for the city centre and has everything you need. The breakfast is a fantastic variety and the poached eggs were incredible. The only downside to our visit was a lack of hot water due to boiler issues

One of the best hotels I stayed at for a long time. The staff was simply amazing. Our AirCon broke down and we immediately received a fan and it was fixed the very next day. The in-house restaurant was yummy (food & cocktails) and the hotel was in a great area, right next to Victoria Station and downtown shopping area was just a a few minutes walk away. If we will ever come to Manchester again, we will stay here again.

Brilliant stay here with my teenage son, twin room was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Really appreciated close proximity to shopping centre/restaurants. Our first time in Manchester for a concert, we will definitely return to this hotel. Staff super helpful and friendly.

The hotel was lovely, the bar was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room itself wasn’t very clean. There were pads in the bathroom bin, food marks/ stains on the desk and the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean.

Our favourite Manchester hotel . From booking in to checking out everything was brilliant. Friendly staff in all areas. Room was spotless and had everything you would need. So much choice at breakfast from continental to a full fry up. Will definitely be stopping here again.

Good location for the arena. Friendly staff, a decent breakfast selection (though I wouldn't want to book a breakfast time, as instructed, if I was on holiday). Decent bathroom. Downsides-smallish bed, slow check in, no bedside table, outside windows absolutely filthy, slow room service.
