「1週間の滞在だったが、電化製品など新品が用意されていた。（コーヒーメーカー、アイロン、ミキサー） ハウスキーピングは毎日あるとなっていたが、一度も無かったが、不自由はなかった。 お湯の湯量が少なく。浴槽にお湯を張るのに時間が必要。シャワーなら問題無い。 年末年始の街の喧騒がなく、寂しい反面、大変過ごしやすかった。」

I can honestly say that this experience surpassed all my expectations. The host was so gracious in accommodating an early arrival for my elderly father, who I brought to visit his family in Scottsdale. 「Two couples in their late seventies/early eighties were looking for a place to spend a couple of days as they transitioned from a European cruise to home. The condo was perfect for our needs. The only surprise was the unit is on the second floor and no elevator. We left our main, heavier luggage in the car.」

「We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.」

「The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.」
