"Two night stay. Check in was easy, friendly staff. We had an issue with the a/c in the room on the first night. Talked to staff in the morning and asked to have it checked. We went out in the morning and returned around noon and still had no a/c. Informed staff as we were heading out again. Didn’t return until after 10 pm to find still no a/c. Was to tired to ask to change rooms at this point as we were leaving the next morning. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows, but sheets were not very good, towels were low quality, and no hand towels. No hair dryer in the room. Requested one from front desk but it did not work. They don’t do a breakfast, and snacks are all vending machine. No pantry at front desk to purchase anything. "

"Ever rent a private resort? That’s what this house felt like! It was amazing. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and waterfall. The yard was great. We spent the entire trip just lounging poolside with family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen (indoor and outdoor) was great, and just having a great place to spend time with family made this one of the best vacations ever."

"This is a fantastic rental property!! From the initial reservation experience to checkout, it could not have been better. Derek and his local management contact were both very helpful with getting us settled upon arrival. Joanne called to make sure we had everything we needed for the 2 weeks and provided her number should we need anything at all. The house is beautiful and the backyard is an "Oasis" as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, and family-friendly in all aspects. Thank you Derek, we will be booking with you again should we ever return to Phoenix!!"
