"I stayed here for 2 nights and I'm sitting in the lobby right now as I write the review. I have been coming to Tahoe for many many years and I have stayed at more than a dozen properties here and this has to be one of my top 3! The property is older and a little outdated but the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Parking is included! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and the lake and sandy beach are literally steps away from the door. It is a hidden gem for sure and will definitely be back!"

"The Hotel is very clean and the staff were terrific! There was construction going on outside of our room, so that’s why we marked it as good and not excellent as far as cleanliness. Otherwise it was perfect! The only bummer was that it cost $30.00 to park each day and when we got our email about what to expect it said mandatory valet. Hotels.com did not say anything about that, so we were really thrown off when we read that. Thankfully we were able to self park but we still had to pay the $30.00. We will definitely want to stay there again, but hopefully they change thier parking arrangements once the construction is over with."
