「We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.」

「The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.」

「We loved the front porch area for having coffee and meals. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was convenient. Nice to have beach towels and chairs with the umbrella and the wagon for carting everything to the beach. We loved the beach decor and the whole esthetic of the cottage.」

「We booked a two bedroom but actually received two one bedroom duplexes with a door between. There were not adequate utensils (no spatula) and very few dishes. The property was right on the side of a very busy street and was not oceanfront like we expected. We had a parking lot behind us, busy street to the side and another road just steps from the front door. One side of the duplex had a mini split not central air and then til would not go cooler than 72 degrees which in our world is too hot to...

「Really great property for a family vacation! We had an awesome time and any prior communication with the host was handled promptly and professionally. It was also really nice to not be so far up Captiva that doing things on Sanibel was a pain. The beach was lovely, we really lucked out with sunsets, and having our own pool was amazing (especially when traveling with a toddler). We really loooved the screened in deck and ate most meals out there!Good to know that it is super close to the main...
