「Once you walk into the room it seems clean and comfortable but once settled you notice things here and there. My family and I stayed in ANNS which is one of their one bedroom two queen beds, one in the room the other outside by the kitchen. The kitchen very basic two electric burner, sink, and fridge which was next to a wall that the door would stop but made it difficult to fully open the vegetable draw. 「We requested early check-in at 2 PM so we could drop off our luggage and head straight to the beach. We did not discover the problem until later that night when we returned and were getting ready for bed. We booked a room with two double beds, and both beds had long hairs on the sheets. The bedding did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the front desk. 「Overall fantastic stay. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Nice pool. Only complaint and the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the counter and sink in the bathroom is way too high. I stayed with 2 other females. Tallest is 5’2”. We could not reach the sink to brush teeth and wash up. I would not stay here again unless I brought along a step stool.」

「The room was big and neat. I like that the beds were located at a separate room away from the window lights. Tables and chairs in the room were also nice to have. The outdoor pool with DJ was amazing. Indoor pool with jacquizes were very nice to have. The only thing I didn’t like was the slow drainage in the bathtub. I was able to reach out to them about it and the drainage got better. Staff were always nice and accommodating.」

「Good access to the beach with chair/umbrella service available at no cost. There was food service available at the beach, but was pretty slow, most likely due to the distance employees would have to walk from the kitchen to the beach, as well as probably not enough waiters/waitresses. The food itself was decent for breakfast/lunch. Elevator was out of service when we arrived, not sure if that’s a common occurrence. Pool area was nice with a good amount of loungers.
