"Nice enough hotel but not 5 star. It is very tired and needs a renovation. The decor has been updated but everything else is very dated. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location on the marina. Room was clean and beds comfortable."

"The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. From the check in (I believe her name was Anne) where we were treated with such kindness to the check out, when we thought we had until 11 (oops) and they so very kindly gave us a courtesy call at 10:30 to see if we were ready, and everything in between. We were given such great info about the area and they even saved us a $50 Uber ride to Trinity Beach by letting us know about the city bus that runs out there. Such great hospitality from management and staff! "

"For what it's worth, the room had efficient and stable AC as well as a working TV, free WiFi, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, some of the guests at my party decided not to stay upon arrival as the listing was nothing like the actual property, and it was very much a nicer version of a hostel. The area was extremely unsafe, and the walls were thin. Not bad if you want a cheap stay, as I imagine the hostels in the area were horrific. If you are looking for luxury/comfort, this is not the place. "
