We stayed in a family room, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the public pool and the marina, which made getting around very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bedroom could use a furniture refresh, and the TV was an older model rather than a smart TV. On the positive side, the room was very quiet, and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. The pool wasn’t particularly inviting, so we didn’t use it, and the breakfast buffet could be improved by offering a wider variety of food options. Overall, it’s a great budget hotel. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and well-located place to stay, this is a good choice.

I booked a three bedroom next to the pool and was lied to about some kind if plumbing issue and had ro be moved to a two bedroom a block back from the pool. The room stank like dust, mould and mildew upon walking in, plus the bathroom smelt like spew. Definitely not worth $390 p/n. Disappointed and pi$$ed off.

A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room. Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere. For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us. Great stay, lovely place. Thank you

4人家族で3泊利用しました。 【設備について】 簡易キッチン付きとのことで予約しましたが、簡易キッチンはありませんでした。 冷凍スペース付きの冷蔵庫、湯沸器があるくらいでこれにはがっかりしました。 ホテルは2階建ての為、2階の部屋に宿泊する場合はエレベーターやエスカレーターはなく、持ち物を自力で運ぶ必要あり。 【ロケーションについて】 ケアンズ観光の中心がエスプラネード付近ですが、徒歩15分〜20分ほどの距離です。 グレードバリアリーフ方面への玄関口となReef Fleet Termimalまでは徒歩25分、2キロ以上のウォーキングとなります。 歩くのが苦ではない人や、レンタカーで動く人には良いでしょうが、そうではない人は苦労すると思いますので、理解の上で選ぶべきと思います。 【清潔感】 可もなく不可もなく、です。 ホテルでの滞在時間が短く、アクティブな方には良いと思います。 ホテルでののんびり過ごしたい方には向かないかも。そういう方はもっと高い値段を出して快適なホテルを選んだ方が良い。 【スタッフについて】 上記の簡易キッチンについて、出発前に問い合わせをしました。 レスポンスは遅く、返答されなかった質問もあり、そこについては不満です。 もし、キャンセル料がかからないタイミングで全てが分かっていればキャンセルしていました。（コンドミニアムタイプを希望していたので、それくらい我々には大切な項目でした。） 現地でのスタッフの接客は良かったので星4にしています。
