"All of the staff were very kind and helpful. However, there were a few issues during our stay. I booked two rooms, and only I developed small itchy bumps on the tops of my feet that looked like insect bites. The other person staying in the same room had no symptoms, so I wondered if there might have been insects in the room slippers. The next morning, we also found many ants near the TV in the other room. Since the hotel is located in a nature-rich area, it may be unavoidable, but it was still unpleasant. There was no bottled water provided in the room. The staff explained that the tap water was drinkable, or that we could go to the gym to fill up drinking water. We arrived late at night, and there were no convenience stores nearby, which made things a bit inconvenient. Because this is a Hilton-affiliated hotel, I had higher expectations, so unfortunately our stay was a little disappointing."

"スタッフのみなさまがとても親切でした。 レセプションカウンターとお部屋が別の棟でしたが、エレベーターも乗り換えるまでスーツケースを運んでくださり、とても感謝してます。 タオルも毎日交換していただき、ベッドも整えてくれました。 なんといっても立地が最高で、レストラン（食事）に囲まれており、公共のプールも目の前でとても充実した滞在でした。マリーナにも近いため、滞在先にして良かったです。 "

We stayed with our elementary school children, but we think it would be an even more relaxing and art-filled experience for adults only. There were many senior guests at this hotel, and we would love to stay again when our children grow up."
