「The owner was very kind and the place is good. Bit dusty but no problem for us. If the climate get higher to use air conditioners, the owner need to clean these. We never use these because looks very dusty. However, the owner prepared everything we needed. Especially he picked us up at airport by very reasonable price. If you don’t use rental cars you can take bus. The bus stop is very close to the place. The price is only 50cents! 」

「Our stay here was pleasant . Good pressure from the shower , the aircon was perfect as the temperatures often reached mid/high 20s outside . The owners were lovely people and very accommodating to our requests etc . Within 5 minutes walk to eateries and convenience stores . If you are wanting a ground floor unit then please directly call the Hotel in person as this is the best way to make sure your requests will be heard . Laundry is $3 au for a wash and $3 for a dry . Within 5 minutes walk...

「We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips. "シャワーはお湯を出そうとすると量が少なくなり、激ぬるのシャワーを浴びました。笑ドライヤーは壁に固定されたものがついていて、そちらは風量が最悪でバカ熱い風が出てきて使い物にならず、フロントにドライヤーを貸してと電話をしたらすぐに持ってきてくれたのでＯKです＾＾プールサイドのバー？もソファがあって居心地が良かったです。髪長い方はフロントでドライヤー借りてください＾＾"

"事情がありチェックインの時間を早めてもらえないか相談したところ、「部屋の準備が整い次第メールで連絡する」と柔軟に対応してくれました。お部屋や設備がとてもきれいで白を基調とした洗練された雰囲気でした。洗濯物のクリーニングサービスはありますが、ホテル内にはコインランドリーは無かったです。ベランダから見えるプールがとてもおしゃれで良かったです。ナイトプールを眺めながら、ルームサービスでディナーをしたのが最高でした。中心部からは徒歩10 分くらいかと思いますが、総合してとてもよかったです。"

"ケアンズの中心地にほど近く、ホテルの周辺には多数の飲食店があり、ナイトマーケットも非常に近かったです。フェーリーターミナルや、キュランダセントラル駅にも徒歩10分程度で行くことができ、立地はとてもよかったです。ジムはかなり小さいです。またホテル入口からフロントまでの間に階段があり、スーツケースも階段で上げなくてはならないのはマイナスポイントでした。部屋は小綺麗で可愛らしく、好感が持てました。必要十分な広さだと思います。"

"どこへ行くにもアクセスが良くお部屋の清掃も完璧でした。ケアンズに宿泊するならパシフィックホテルがお勧めです。私達の滞在中ほとんどは日本人スタッフも早朝6時から受付にいらして安心しました。ただ一つだけインターネットと部屋の電話が故障中で不便でした。"
