「The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all.」

「I’ve never stayed in such filthy conditions in my life. The walls and linens looked like literal crime scenes. Even the most basic swipes at cleaning have been ignored for so many years that there would be no reason to complain. Staff was nice but it was very difficult to get a 3rd and 4th towel (despite me checking in 4 people). i had to go to the office twice and beg. 「It's always such a treat to stay here..... I literally decided to stay up in the mnts even having to drive down to Asheville for work the next morning... the place is wonderfully kept, great staff - and an amazing setting with excellent food.... Looking forward to my next visit !」

「The reason I gave the Inn a poor rating on amenities was the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and the staff(which was excellent) was only on duty from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Lucky we didn't need anything as the rooms were well stocked, but if we did we would have to call and wait for a person to come help. I think that the Inn should have let me know they were on a winter schedule until Memorial Day and the bar and restaurant were closed. I probably would have booked somewhere else. It is a...

「Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again」
