"Room was comfortable,, nice kitchen, had good amenities but we were tucked on the 1st ground floor where patio had no view, was a bit disappointed, also our neighbors above us had a dog so he was loud at all hours, not good, if you stay here be sure to ask for a top level room to avoid bad patio view and any noise above you, it will fix all of that"

"Restoration is a lovely hotel! The lobby and rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The extra amenities, like drinks and the breakfast basket, really take the hotel to a next level. We enjoyed a very late dinner and games at The Draftsman after a concert. We were within walking distance to our venue and many restaurants and shops. We definitely plan to stay longer next time."

"What a joy it was staying at the Foundry - a most beautiful venue close to restaurants and the Biltmore estate. Lovely front desk lady who warmly welcomed us and answered our questions. Definitely would stay there again."

Room and common areas were spotless, staff was amazing, they upgraded us to a better view in our room for our special occasion. Rooftop bar is beautiful with great nighttime stargazing views. 10/10"

"Please go spend your money elsewhere! We have to autistic daughters who have an extreme age difference. The room we paid for said online it had 2 twin beds. We got there and it only had one for them to share. I called management and asked to get whatbi paid for sue to our daughters sensory issues and they told me nothing was available. After we left and i asked for a partial refund because we were not given what we paid for as well as the community amenities were not functioning and the ones that were were disgusting, he rufused to give us a resonable refund and stated if i were to have told him our daughters were autistic he would have provided us with a different room. Telling him my daughters are autistic is a violation of the ADA and i dont have to make that known to thembwhen i alteady booked and paid for a room to suit my daughters needs. Absolutely ridiculous. There community pool area was disgusting bandaids everywhere-used ones, spilled drinks that were not cleaned up, pool was so disgustingly dirty you wouldn't see through the water, the steam room and sauna they avertised were out of order. The unitnwe stayed in the fridge barely worked floor boards were split. I have stayed in motels in better condition than this so called resort"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was good for walking to the downtown area. The view and sunset from the The Montford rooftop bar was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay."
