"We had the best stay! The staff was absolutely amazing, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I especially noticed a staff member named Jack who went above and beyond to help another traveler, and it really stood out to me. It was wonderful to see that level of genuine care and hospitality. The hotel was also in a fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!"

"We have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza resort before, but I’m so glad we stayed here. This place is absolutely fantastic. The lobby is gorgeous. The check-in is simple and easy and the staff is very friendly. They have a bar in the large lobby and a restaurant beyond the bar that stays open until 10 PM. Great food and great service. They have an outdoor pool and hiking and biking trails and zip lining. If you’re an outdoor person, this is a place to go. They also have outdoor dining if you’d like to eat outdoors if you want a really nice place to go they have very nice spacious clean rooms. You will enjoy this place."
