"Location good for my needs with free parking. I did not have a car so car app prices reasonable around city. Helpful that Red Trolley had a pickup at Renaissance Hotel across the street. Staff not trained well--I was not told about all amenities until I overheard Friday night manager greeting and informing other guests. Free exercise classes with Racquet Ball on site was a plus for me. I missed bar and evening meal available. Did use refrig in room to compensate some. Room air conditioner noisy but kept up with the heat."

"Very comfortable and clean, the breakfast had limited options but still good considering it was included. The parking lot was very tight, but staff was accommodating and there are 2 overflow lots when the main lot gets full. Its something you can make do with considering it is the only hotel downtown with on-site patking!"

"Great hotel that is very dog friendly, providing treats at check in and a warm welcoming staff. They even offered to loan us a dog bed! Great bar and patio. The suite was excellent with tons of storage and a spa bathroom."
