The hotel was great. Staff was awesome and helpful. Would stay again without a doubt. For a small city they have a large metal health/homeless problem. Also although Columbus day is a Federal and state holiday I received a parking ticket because Ashville the city does not acknowledge the day as a holiday.🙄WOKE

The property was excellent - very retro and nicely done to preserve the history of the hotel. the staff was very welcoming from the valet to the front desk staff to the lady running the historic elevator. They even provided a welcome beverage as we checked in.

Room and facilities were very clean and convenient for walking around the downtown area. Room was smaller than expected but adequate. Large number of homeless people in the area made us feel uncomfortable. Rooftop area is nice but drinks are way overpriced. $40 for a double vodka on the rocks!

Absolutely fabulous. I am hard to impress and this experience blew me away. The property was clean and well appointed. The staff were very well trained in hospitality. This hotel has an excellent location in the middle of downtown Asheville, NC. There are excellent restaurants in all directions to choose from. We liked the top floor with several outdoor seating areas and a 360 view of the city. There is a small breakfast venue and evening bar up there also. We had breakfast each of the four nights we stayed at this hotel. Hotel was converted from a former business block and was well done with everything a visitor to the city would require (except an indoor pool). We were here for a family wedding and would stay here again. Many thanks!

What a nice overnight stay on our way home to Cincinnati. Staff are very friendly and there are many restaurants in walking distance. Rooftop bar and breakfast caffe just an elevator away! The speakeasy was so cool to end the evening. Highly recommend his boutique hotel!

The hotel itself is an experience. Spectacular views from the rooftop, great nightcaps in the speakeasy, and our room was super comfy. We had our dog, who received a super plush dog bed upon arrival. Great staff and experience all the way around. Will definitely be back!
