"Everything in the room was amazing except for the dirty carpet. It wasn’t very nice and if it weren’t for that I’d have given cleanliness a five-star rating. Please replace the carpets in the hotel rooms on the 14th floor. The staff were great and check-in was super quick. The area is really quiet and very convenient for Universal. "

Some people will say it is far but far means dicovering new places and gems. I was even able to walk to Centeral areas, i enjoy walking in new cities. Also, very good connection to airport Kensai. "Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old).
