「Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. 」

「Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. "お部屋の清潔さ、清掃については普通でした。しかし、接客の方は本当に素晴らしく！ちょっとした部屋でのハプニング、例えば、室内の温度調整の仕方がわからないことについて、電話で問い合わせたところすぐに部屋まできて下さって対応して下さった李。外出での行き先のヒントなど、様々なことに笑顔で御尽力を下さいました。「また会いたい、泊まりたい！」とおもえるホテルでした。スーパーマーケットが隣にあり、大きな店舗ではないにしても、夕食や朝食を買うのに本当に便利！タイムズスクエアへもすぐ近くで、しかも、心配していた夜中の騒音はまったくなく、静かで安心に過ごすことができました。唯一、壁に備え付けの暖房がむき出しで、高温になるので気を付けなければならないのは不便な展でした。水やお茶のサーバーは無いですが、とにかく、隣のスーパーマーケットの存在で、さほど気になりませんでした。 "
