We returned twice over the next two hours to find the queue just as long. Eventually we bit the bullet and queued for around 40mins. Otherwise the hotel was all fine. "This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing. There is no 24hr front desk , there's not even a desk and when you try to contact them it just repeatedly goes to voicemail they are totally uncontactable. we left a day early as we could not bear another night in there.
