「No parking as advertised.
Staff were very casual - often sat on their phones on the sofa round the corner from the front desk.
There was nowhere to hang the shower hose. It was just loose over the bath. They did fix it once I told them, but I would've expected it to have been addressed before my arrival.
The windows were a bit broken and there was pigeon mess all over the sills.
The view was very derelict.

「If I could give it zero stars I would. An absolute shambles of a place. Do not bother staying here.
We are disabled and were put on the 5th floor with no access to a lift. None of bedrooms advertised online was not what we stayed in. The windows were moldy, broken, held together by tape, gap at the bottom so constant draft coming through. No soap provided in the bathroom, no mat in the shower my husband nearly slipped. No one to speak to on the front desk as everything is done via WhatsApp....

「Fantastic stay at Central Wave Brighton. The location is great, really central and easy to get everywhere on foot.
The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely done considering it’s an older building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.
Check-in was easy and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good, and it was nice to have someone at reception if needed.
Overall, great value for money and a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back.」

「I was supposed to get book in details by WhatsApp before 3pm Friday they didn't come. Eventually someone appeared at 3.15 in the lobby if you could call it that. A window in the inside front door had been broken and was never replaced. Got to the room it was supposed to be a double. Fair enough it had double bed and just enough room to walk around it. The bathroom stunk on stale water. Would I stay here again? NO
