"We had high hopes when we booked this place. However before even arriving it became clear it was not going to be pleasant. The “hotel” first contacted me via WhatsApp without my permission or notice that I would be contacted that way. They just completely unsolicited without even identifying who they were messaged me on WhatsApp asking for photos of mine and my fellow guests’ identification. "The room was adequate and as advertised. There is a large Sainsbury’s across the street making it simple to get groceries at a reasonable price. There are also two bus stops that can take you into downtown nearby. As for amenities, I didn’t have access to most of them because they are in the other building and my key fob didn’t work there. Other than the day I checked in, I was completely unable to contact the management team which caused several issues. "
