「Two problems. The curtains to block out light could not cover the middle portion of the windows, so bright lights for the parking lot came through the opening. Looked like a set for a noir movie. And in a still dark morning, we couldn’t turn on lights without becoming a floor show for the parking lot. No great expectations for any “free breakfast,” but there was no cold water for drinking. Had to get a staffer draw water from their prep kitchen kitchen sink into a small, plastic glass. ...

「I partially expected Hilton quality services. However, it was motel like facilities and services. The noise from the next room and upstairs disturbed me. The exterior of the hotel was nice.」

「Clean and helpful staff」

「Definitely felt safe. The room was clean. Breakfast was ready on time.」

HVAC mold smell bad Potato fly on the room floor Bathroom silicon sealing filled mold Power consent on TV board broken can’t use. My worst stay at hilton group. Never stay this place hotel again.」

「Common area atrium was nice and comfortable. Disappointments were with our 7th floor king suite: cleanliness and maintenance. Candy gummy bear on bedroom floor; an extra set of towels placed on the FLOOR under the vanity shelf; kitchenette faucet had a considerable amount of corrosion built up on base – very unpleasant to look at and didn’t feel clean. There was no ventilation in bathroom, thus the black mildew/mold bubbled up on shower ceiling. Stains on sheets and carpet.」

「Exceptional breakfast - many choices and quality food not just cereal.」
