The room was huge, but laid out weird. The refrigerator was right next to the door and hard to access. The bed was worn and not comfortable. You could hear everything from the room next door and above. It was very clean. I loved that there wasn't carpet.

Overall a very nice value. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I couldn’t print anything in the business center and the lack of any variety in the breakfast options was disappointing, but would recommend to travelers concerned about a tight budget. This hotel was chosen for me by my employer. If it had been my choice, I probably would have spent a little more for a different hotel.

Very disappointed in our stay. We were there a year ago and the tv in the room only got a few channels. The channels it did get did not match the network displayed on the tv. Luckily we were able to change rooms. We were given the same room this year and th tv problem was still the same. Again we had to change rooms which we didn’t appreciate after 14 housing travel. The hotel also has an unpleasant smell. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The sheets on the bed were clearly used. Blonde and black hair covered the bedding. The floors were not maintained. The bathroom had mold throughout. This was the worst hotel stay I have had.

The staff was excellent! Our room was fair and TV was a problem, even with intervention. Breakfast was decent. The hotel does need remodeling, since Twinsburg is an up and comlng suburb.

Room was unclean and bathroom sink didn't drain. No fresh towels and walls were dirty with stains. Back door to the building is open. TV remote had tape holding batteries in.

We checked in pretty quickly when we arrived. The main entrance is probably the only space in the entire hotel that is clean. The carts for luggage were broke and rigged with tape. The room was horrendous. Holes in the walls and bathroom door. Powder substance all over the couch. Stains on the walls, carpet, tub, sink, and toilet. All were dirty. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled of mold. We immediately grabbed our suit cases and went down to request a refund. This is where we discovered the hotel had already charged our card double for the room. Two separate transactions. Now praying our money is returned as promised Monday morning. The parking lot was full of people hanging out and loud music. This is not a family friendly hotel what so ever.

I am not gonna go into a lot of detail, but for what we paid this place was terrible. It is full of mold. They need to do something about it. We really didn’t get much sleep. Save yourself some headache go find the nice motel in Solon. This one is not at all worth it. It’s a shame because the staff was nice to the owner of comfort suites in Twinsburg clean the damn Bathrooms and the air conditioners. You charge enough

This hotel was good for a night stay. But it is kind of outdated- toilet roll holder broke, had to go to front desk to get linens for room, pool was not the greatest. Although the room was comfortable enough to sleep in for the night and ac definitely works cooled it right down. And they had a free breakfast and it satisfied my whole family. Had a nice variety. I would stay there again for a night just not a weekend long. As I go with family.

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Just needs to replace things like rusted fixtures, pillows (washing pillows leaves clumps), couch with cigarette burns, breakfast area needs to have chairs updated(each seat cushion had the vinyl material flaking off). Lamp was missing bulb. AC took a few hours to cool off, so didn't sleep well. Booked for the pool, but pool hours where shorter than anticipated (9-9pm), so didn't get to use bcuz we checked in about 10pm and left at 815am. Pool area did look clean.
