"AMAZING time! We were greeted by Justin who offered a complimentary upgrade to a room in the Avalon House that came with daily breakfast and afternoon snacks at the Dewey House on the property. Thank you, Justin! Each morning at breakfast , Ophelia greeted us warmly and the woman making omelets always greeted us with a smile. We went in 3 of the 4 pools - all were great. The Pineapple pool had a DJ or other music. The Shores pool had music or a live guitar player. Both had full bar service with friendly staff. The beach right next to the Shores pool was never crowded with plenty of lounge chairs. Our room was beautiful and housekeeping was great. I’m usually one that winces at seeing resort fees, but the service and hospitality made it well worth it. Walking around Key West and seeing other options, we felt like we had the best location with the best amenities. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Had a little hiccup when we arrived, but staff quickly made it right and got us a new room. We loved the bungalow and it was close to Duval St. Great experience overall!"

"We liked that the property overlooked a harbour . It was lovely and quiet. We appreciated other guests had thought this location was better than being downtown Key West, due to the late night noise etc. The resort was a 12 minute Uber ride to Duval street. The 6 swimming pools ensured that they were not overcrowded and had plenty of lounge chairs. The resort had a great layout and the rooms were quite spacious with a simple classic beach vibe. The food on property was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. For a visit to Key West, I would highly recommend Oceans Edge ! "

"Beautiful lobby with curated scent, champagne at check in, very helpful and nice staff, gorgeous pool, we could hear live music from balcony, and the room was perfect. We will be staying there again for our next Key west trip!"

"The hotel is quite nice. Apart from Duval's heavy crowd and easy transportation to it. Very nice complex, excellent for kids. Amazing lobby. The only remark I would do is room's bathroom size. Nevertheless, it is a great place and a great option."

"The bed was comfy, it was great to have full sized bed pillows, unlike a lot of other hotels.Large, thick bath towels. Included shuttle service to downtown, it was great to park our car and not get back in it until the day we left. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again."
