「We happened to take 2 rooms ,one of which was awesomely maintained and was so pleasant however the other room n 5 th floor was not clean and had dirt in while entered the rest room nd hair hair all over the bath tub and the bedroom floor were not cleaned it had crumbs from previous stay i guess , also had a weird smell when we entered ,not happy with our 5th floor room, wish it was clean as it was advertised, food options also were very minimal considering the hub quite disappointing, also the...

「My hotel stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Monique, Keisha, and the gentleman who works at night (I cannot recall his name), all went above and beyond for us. They provided great customer service and were genuinely kind! The only negative feedback I have to share is the noise in the morning. Housekeeping made a lot of noise outside of my room each morning, making it difficult to sleep in. Other than that, everything was great.」

「ピッツバーグ市内の川沿いに位置するホテル。建物に駐車場が付いているが、外部の駐車場の方が安価である。部屋はリビングルームになっていて、電子レンジや冷蔵庫、カテラリーがある。チェックアウト後に車をそのまま数時間置かせてもらえたりと、レセプションの対応も柔軟だった。次回は是非家族で利用したい。」

「立地最高。建物古いが手入れは良く水回りも良好。部屋のキーが3泊目の午後から効かなくなり若い女性スタッフに2度調整してもらっても開かず、エンジニアを呼ぶと言われたが来ず、別の女性スタッフに再度相談したところ一日早くチェックアウトしたことになっていたようで無事開錠。その若い女性スタッフ以外は対応良かったので残念。」
