The building is very basic and simple. Good for the prize. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. Chair in the room needs to be replaced. Refrigerator needs refresh. Good experience! Will go back.

Scary!!! I booked because it was affordable and it had great reviews but when I pulled up it was clearly under construction it was clearly a residential motel and not something that would be safe for a single woman traveler even though I was traveling with my German Shepherd I drove around the building a couple of times and finally decided to give up my payment and go find another place. I do not recommend.

Very pleased with the quality of my stay. I was looking for a place to sleep for about 6 hours beside the PA Turnpike and was traveling with my dog. I didn't want to spend too much, but I also wanted a clean and comfortable stay. This hotel lives up to its high reviews. Recently converted over from a Red Roof Inn, the new owners obviously took the time to fix the most important things: New beds, towels, and either new flooring, or they really took the time to get it super clean. My bed was VERY comfortable. The mattress was firm, the sheets soft. The pillows were the right mix between too soft and too firm. The towels were new and fluffy. The shower had good pressure, was warm, and the shower head provided a very nice spray. The room was very clean -no visible dirt or mold, no stray hairs, etc. They provide shampoo and body wash, along with multiple soaps, etc. Free coffee and friendly staff. I REALLY appreciated that there was no pet fee, as those can get outrageous, so that sealed the deal for me to try this place out. I will be staying again when I need a late night spot beside the PA Turnpike outside of Pittsburgh. Also, Tesla drivers, two superchargers within 1/2 mile of this hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby, shops too.

I expect the Cranberry Park Hotel will significantly improve over the next few months — when I stayed it was deep into renovation. Pros: The room was clean, the bed was fine, hot water and water pressure were good, so the basics were covered. HVAC was a bit odd, with both an A/C unit and a electric heater, but they worked well. The towels and linens were good quality, and the Wifi was fine. Cons: This facility is an old Red Roof Inn that was rode hard and put away wet. Decor is outdated, both towel racks in my room were missing, and the grounds were filled with the trash and paint associated with construction. There was a lot of work going on during the day, so I expect this will clean up over time. Bottom line: The room was fine for a budget hotel, but it wasn't quite ready for prime time. If you're reading this after Summer 2026, I'd expect significant improvement.

I liked it. I only stayed for 6 hours but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s an old building so things weren’t functioning like new but it’s affordable and right by everything you’ll need in a safe area. FYI: I stayed in a hotel for $172 the next day somewhere else and the fridge didn’t work so my food spoiled and it was the second room because the first one wasn’t cleaned when I walked in. It was a Hyatt.
