「Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. 「Very clean, and nicely decorated. However, there's no fans upstairs to circulate the cool air. Whole downstairs is cool, it can get quite hot upstairs. Perfectly as advertised. But the stairs are steep, and can be a challenge for young ones or anyone with mobility issues.」

「Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay.
Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the...
