「Super clean space and amazing view」

「The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

「The property was in a great location. It was an older building but clean. Parking on site was good. They are short on staffing and use texting or voicemail to communicate.」

「宿泊前後にメールが来てウェルカムな雰囲気でした。スタッフの方は親切です。 建物全体に強い芳香剤の匂いが強かった事と、朝食アイテムが少なすぎ食べる物があまり無く残念でした。広い会場に席も少なく、立ったまま食べている人もいるくらい。」

「Nice quiet family owned. Got snowed in and owner was shoveling snow first AM. Great price for safe place for night of sleep in blizzard conditions. 」

「We chose this hotel bc the rooms with a separate Living Room. Only negative was housekeeping did not exchange ceramic mugs or drinking glasses whenever they came daily.」

「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」
