1.フロントの係りの方、どの時間帯でも、 大変、誰もさわやかで、丁寧。チェックインは、午後3時以降からのところ、飛行機の都合、午前11時過ぎにホテルに到着したが、12時半過ぎは部屋は用意出来ると言ってくれ、ありがたい対応。 2.部屋は、最上階に近いフロア、眺め、室内の フロ桶、洗面台、改修済みで、素晴らしい、清潔。コストパホーマンス最高。 3.今回の他の都市のヒルトン系2ヶ所、IHG1ヶ所、このホテルより値段がかなり高いところと比べて、中味が大変良かったので、コメントを 書かさせ頂きました。 他のホテルの内容は、コメントしません。

good all around close to all entertainment

While the room itself was generally nice and relatively clean, several aspects of the hotel made my stay less than ideal. First, the hotel is in a rather sketchy area of Reno, immediately adjacent to the bus station. There were constantly homeless individuals surrounding the building, walking along the sidewalks, and passing through the parking lot at all hours. This raised concerns about safety, particularly since the parking lot is completely unsecured and has signs warning guests about potential theft from vehicles. Another inconvenience was the lack of an elevator. My room was on the third floor, requiring me to carry heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. Perhaps most unsettling was the absence of onsite staff. When I arrived at night, there appeared to be absolutely no one in the building, including staff or other guests. Given the surrounding neighborhood and security concerns, arriving at what felt like a completely empty, unattended hotel was rather eerie. Finally, despite multiple requests over several days following checkout, I never received an emailed receipt. Since I was traveling for business, this created unnecessary difficulties obtaining reimbursement. Providing a receipt should not require repeated follow-up. Overall, while the room was acceptable, the location, security concerns, lack of staff, and poor customer service made this a disappointing experience. I would hesitate to stay here again, particularly when traveling alone or arriving after dark.
