"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

If I had to be picky there was only one packet if normal Nescafé coffee.
For whatever reason the restaurant closed at 7 pm despite the web site saying 9 pm. Breakfast was really nice - sausages were fabulous."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the stables and would definitely consider returning. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the amenities were a nice addition. However, the air-conditioning unit, which vented out the window, was less effective during our July visit, causing the room to warm quickly. I can only imagine how magical it must be during the cooler months, especially at Christmas!
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the lovely restaurant had a diverse menu with plenty of options. We made some fond memories during our stay—thank you!"
