「The keys did not work in the lock. We could not leave until someone came to fix. When asked why the locks was not checked out beforehand, the Host made a lot of excuses including telling us it worked the last time. Who knows when that was. it was there that no one has stayed there in a while and the Host did not check the locks out. I suspect either he didn’t care or because nobody was renting regularly. The place itself was OK but the lock issue made for a bad experience. And then your...

「We booked the unit for 6 days..Appreciate that the host was willing to wait for us since we had a late checked in. First impression the furnitures/air-condition are quite outdated but they’re working fine and keep us cool. It’s a little dusty, especially the ceiling fan in the main bedroom. But we absolutely love the kitchen complete with cooking equipments including toaster as well as the bathroom. We also like the fact that there is free drinking water. Overall, we would love to book this unit...

「One of my worst experiences ever. This was not a condo size place. It was a studio unit. The internet never worked and the owners did not gwt it working so i had to buy additional data to watch a movie with my wife. We couldn't use the tv due to this and had to use my small laptop for entertainment. The washer leaked excessive when we did laundry and was told by the so called cleaner to close the valve when not in use. It only leaked when it was in operation. The kitchen was so small you...

「The luxury apartments misleadingly and poorly advertised. Expedia ad says business name is Luxury Apartments by Phil City Condos but the name of the actual building is El Jardin Presidente 2, when my guests showed up, the check in desk wont acknowledge the reservation "luxury apartments". The number thats in the ads is not working nor cant be reached. My guest ended up staying on another property.. Thanks to expedia agent who helped rebook the guests in a closeby hotel. BEAWARE WHEN BOOKING...
