「Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin.」

「This property was totally misrepresented and I had concerns from a previous review. I contacted the host and they assured me everything wasn’t working order. When we got there, there was no air conditioning as stated in the description in the house, there was only air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The Jacuzzi did not have hot water thus it’s not a Jacuzzi. Everything was very very old, including all the utensils pots and pans. The house had a very, very musty smell that didn’t go away even with...

「Due to a major power loss that was conveyed and the property not having a generator I was moved to get a hotel instead. I was informed that the power was returned but I could not chance going without power so continued with my plans.」

「If you need a all round house for a couple of days then this house is the ideal stay」

「Condo was well kept. Basic needs are available including wifi, plates and utensils. Host was responsive even if it was a last-minute booking. Although there was a bit of delay in the pool registration, host was able to resolve right away. Check-in registration and parking pre-registration was a breeze. Host even allowed us to get in the unit a bit earlier. There were some board games and stuff that entertained us during our quick stop to this place as our original travel plans got redirected...

「Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

"I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and easy to use. The outdoor pool had a nice resort feel, which was a highlight of the stay 👍. On the downside, poolside food service was quite slow, and although ice cream was listed on the menu, it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. The shower also never really got hot – during the rainy season when it was a bit chilly, I wished for higher water temperature. Breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet and a live omelet station. Check-in, however, took a very long time as the line was quite big. One thing that really impressed me was the staff. Because of the security check, I had to leave my Bluetooth speaker at the entrance and forgot to pick it up before leaving for the airport. When I called, they actually brought it all the way to me at the airport! I was so grateful for their kindness. Overall, a very pleasant stay with warm and attentive service. "
