"The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience."
