「The security guard did not allow us to go inside because there is no unit number in our booking. We called the number in the booking receipt at least 10x but no answer. We sent a message but no reply as of now.

"I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and easy to use. The outdoor pool had a nice resort feel, which was a highlight of the stay 👍.
On the downside, poolside food service was quite slow, and although ice cream was listed on the menu, it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. The shower also never really got hot – during the rainy season when it was a bit chilly, I wished for higher water temperature.
Breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet and a live omelet station. Check-in, however, took a very long time as the line was quite big.
One thing that really impressed me was the staff. Because of the security check, I had to leave my Bluetooth speaker at the entrance and forgot to pick it up before leaving for the airport. When I called, they actually brought it all the way to me at the airport! I was so grateful for their kindness.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with warm and attentive service.
