4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities
The electrical receptacles are not all working, some of the plugs it just will not take an ordinary plug. The hotel is right next to a main highway and it is quite noisy all day and night long. The next room you can hear someone cough, the wall is not sound proof. The faucets in the bathroom shower are a little bit hard to use, although nice looking, the knob from shower to hose is very sticky and turns hard, but not deal breaker. Water pressure is low in the shower but enough to take a shower. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Alot of little tiny bugs probably from the surrounding area. Could use an exterminator maintenance program. Shopping, small stores only close by.

The aircon barely goes on. The room is full of different kinds of pests. Although the bedroom looks clean, there was a foul smell. My room lost electricity while I was staying there. They transfered me into a cleaner room and better aircon. However, the shower barely flows any water to actually be able to take a shower. Did not get a good rest at all in this place. But despite al that, their staffs are very helpful and nice.
