Restaurants with terrasses were you can eat in the evening are located along the main road and thus very noisy. The lounge should be open also in the evening; perhaps the mentioned restaurants can deliver there. There's no shortcut to the SM mall and walk path is not covered, and in places narrow and in bad shape.
Check-in and check-out was not fluent. More important the information given by hotels.com was totally wrong. You should delete the paragraph on Maldives; check-in/out was in SIGLO office. We lost a lot of time due to that error.
No kettle. Very basic cooking facilities. No washing up liquid or washing up cloth or sponge. Only one bedside table and lamp. Very poor WiFi. Flooring cracking up. Personal soap disappeared from bathroom. A disappointing experience.
The pools and grounds are well kept and amazing, the staff is great, rooms comfortable; Downside: The amazing and beautiful place is surrounded by noisy traffic everywhere when sitting on balcony, air quality very poor, you will awake at 4:00 am every morning as the airport changes its depature route flying right over hotel, and the sound of planes overhead are too noisy to get good sleep early in the morning. Great value for the money if you can endure all as I have explained, but I will jot stay there again as it grreatly affected my sleep and peace of mind.
Amazing amenities like huge swimming pool with waves and white sand beaches, spa , gym and resto/cafeteria.

Wrong day of 1 night stay
It has artificial beach designed by Paris Hilton, but during my stay it was closed for maintenance. I got no information about it - one of purpose to book there got ruined. Sometimes hotels.com does not give enough information for user. Even if it is hotel's fault, the customer books and pays not to the hotel, but to hotels.com. If not after-serviced, the customers will move to agoda, booking.com, tripadvisor.
Nice rooms but checking in and out is a bit of hassle due to the odd location of their front office. I did not get any WiFi. No instruction on how to connect to any WiFi. Good thing is that Globe and Smart LTE signal is strong inside your room.
It was a positive experience all around, however I did have some locations where Azure could improve upon. Firstly, the air conditioner in the bedroom(s) takes very long to get the area even remotely cold. I’d prefer for the air conditioner to be a little quicker to make the room(s) cold; we are in the Philippines where it’s hot! Furthermore, the shower door was proven difficult to open, and it even disconnected with the slider. I think a quicker sliding door that is strongly connected with the slider could improve the bathroom experience. Even with these minor complaints I have, I believe Azure is a great resort.
The proximity of the property to major city hubs is really convenient although the traffic as usual is terrible, good location. The property we live in is good but not excellent, I think they could have done more decorating the property to make it more luxurious, but overall it is recommended especially the amenities.
The room that we stayed in was nice, the tv was compacted with movies and entertainment, the balcony view was amazing, the pools there were fun for the family.

* UNPLEASANT STAY,; NO GOOD , VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ; STRESSFULL DUE TO NONE - ZERO ACTION OF CONCERNS THAT CUSTOMERS HAD; A LONG WAIT JUST TO CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT; NO CONSISTENCY FOR INFORMATION SHOULD PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS;
1. Made reservations and was confirmed, however when we get there to check in there’s no rooms ready.
2. Need to wait long time just to check in. It’s unacceptable after the long and tiring flight.
3. Got into the room and amenities was incomplete.
4. The housekeeping and siglo front desk clerk said they will provide it right away but got it after follow up calls and after 2 days of stay. That’s ridiculous !!
5. Siglo Front desk do not answer phone calls ... need to go to different building just to speak with front desk clerk of Siglo because they don’t answer the phone calls. That’s unbelievable!! And so inconvenient for the customers.
6. Stayed for 8 days ... 4 out of 8 days there’s no hot water... Informed the siglo front desk but there’s no actions been made. I asked for compensation but they said they have to process it through Expedia as I made reservation through Expedia. I need to know the process for this compensation fee. I want my money back as it was very unpleasant stay.
7. Ants all over the places ... what I can’t deal was ants is in the toilet tissue... I formed the front desk clerk of siglo but there’s no actions been made.
8. Bad flow of Water at the bath room , so unpleasant feeling as it’s gets flooded
